A - Greek Salad with Feta Cheese

Ingredients:

1- Tomato Dice 1 inch x 1 inch 4 Numbers
2- Japanese Cucumber Dice ½ Number
3- Red Onion Wages 1 Small Number
4- Feta Cheese Drained and cubed 115 Grams
5- Green Staffed Olives Seedless 10 numbers
6- Salt and peppers For seasoning

Dressing

1- Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Tablespoon
2- Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoon
3- Fresh Rosemary Herbs ½ Teaspoon
4- Salt and peppers For Seasoning

B - Baked Fish with Ammar Healthy Garden Vegetables

Ingredients:

1- Whole Sea Bass 2 Numbers 1 ½ Kilo +-
2- Tomato Small Diced 6 Big Numbers
3- Clean Onion small Diced 3 Medium Size
4- Clean Garlic Slice 8 Numbers
5- Tomato Puree 1 Tin Small
6- Green and Green Chili Slice 1 Cup
7- Ginger Grounded ¼ Cup
8- Garlic Chopped ¼ Cup
9- Black Pepper Crushed 2 Tablespoon
10- Paprika 2 Tablespoon
11- Lemon Dice skinless Seedless 2 Numbers
12- Lemon Juice 3 Numbers
13- Fresh Mint Chopped ½ Cup
14- Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped ½ Cup
15- Olive Oil 1 ½ Cup
