Entry ini ialah mengenai resepi dari Chef Ammar Al Ali (Jordan) but married to Malaysian (Penang I guess). Nampak menarik sangat bila dimakan/mix dengan satay. Just watched the show just now. Now I post and share it here. Enjoy!!!
A - Chef Ammar Garlic Sauces
Ingredients
1. Clean Garlic 60 Grams
2. Lemon Salt 1 Teaspoon Leveled
3. Salt 1 Teaspoon Leveled
4. Egg White 3 Numbers
5. Corn Oil 500 ML
B - Hummus mix in a Food Processor
Ingredients
1- Cook Chickpea or Chickpea in a Tin 2 Tins
2- Tahini Sauce 250 Grams
3- Lemon Salt 2 Teaspoon Leveled
4- Salt 2 Teaspoon Leveled
5- Olive Oil 4 Tablespoon
6- Chopped Fresh Parsley 100 Grams
7- Paprika powder As Needed
C - Assorted Mix Pickles (Ready Made)

1. Cucumber
2. Baby Cucumber
3. Green Olives
4. White Radish
D - Lebanese Mix Grill

1.Daging kambing(bah. bahu) 1 kg
2.Ayam(bah.dada) 1 kg
3.daging lembu(tenderlion) 1 kg
4.Daging kambing kisar bersama bawang besar dan bawang putih 1 kg
