Food from Spain Al Andalusia

This is Spain Al Andalusia food also from Chef Ammar Al Ali, Chef dari Jordan. Layannnn..


Chef Ammar's collection

A - Gazpacho Sup

Bahan-bahannya

1.Jus tomato 350 ml
2.Tomato 8 biji
3.Bawang besar 170 gm
4.Bawang putih 1 biji
5.Timun labanese 150 gm
6.Lada besar 150 gm
7.Sos pedas(pastikan halal) 3 sudu the
8.Buah avocado 1 biji
9.Minyak zaitun 100 ml
10.Daun ketumbar dihiris halus 3 sudu makan

Full ingredients:


1. Tomatoes egg size 4 Numbers
2. Water 1 Cup
3. Red Onion 1 Number Medium Size
4. Clean Garlic 3-4 Numbers
5. Lebanese Cucumber 150 Grams
6. Red capsicum 150 Grams
7. Hot Chili Sauce Hala 3 Tablespoon
8. Spring Onion 4 Spring
9. Avocado 1 Number
10. Olive Oil 100 Ml
11. Chopped fresh coriander 3 Tablespoon
12. Black Pepper ½ Teaspoon
13. Salt 1 ½
14. Sugar Optional 3 Tablespoon
For Garnishing
1. Avocado 1 Number clean and slice
2. Hot Sauce Few Drops
3. Chopped Fresh Coriander Very Small Pinch

B - Spanish Paella rice with seafood

Ingredients 

1. Chicken Wing 10 Pieces 
2. Cooking Oil for frying ¼ Cup
3. Butter for frying 100 grams 
4. Onion Diced 1 Big Number 
5. Clean Garlic Slice 7 Number 
6. Fresh Prawns 15 Medium Size 
7. Squid Clean and cut in to Ring 2 Medium Size 
8. Clean lala 100 Grams 
9. Clean Mussels 10 Numbers 
10. Rice Basmati Clean 1 KG
11. Water 1.7 Liter 
12. Saffron ½ Gram sock in water 50 ml
13. Salt Suka Suka Hati 
14. Black Pepper 1 Teaspoon 

For the Chicken Spices to be mix with the Chicken Wing

1. Salt 1 Teaspoon 
2. Black Peppers 1 Teaspoon 
3. Cajun Spice 1 Teaspoon 
4. Sweet Paprika 1 Teaspoon 
5. Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken; marinate for 1 hour, covered


Bahan2 Dlm BM, Spanish Paella Rice and Seafood:
1.Ayam peha 10 ketul
2.Minyak zaitun ½ cawan
3.Bawang besar 1 biji
4.Bawang putih 4 biji
5.Tomato 5 biji
6.Beras basmati 4 cawan
7.Air 6 cawan
8.Saffron 3-4 sudu the
9.Siput new zeland 12 ekor
10.Udang rimau 350 gm
11.Sotong basah 500 gm
12. Lemon 4 hiris
13.Daun parsley(utk hiasan) 2 sudu makan
14.Kacang hijau ½ cawan
Garam dan lada secukup rasa
